With Ghidorah the Three Headed Monster becoming a success, it was only natural for a sequel revolving around its new monster to be made.  This time, the series would turn to the realm of science fiction. Following the discovery of a planet beyond Jupiter, named Planet X, astronauts, Glenn and Fuji, are sent to explore the new planet.  Upon arriving, they are greeted by an alien race, the Exilians, who tell them that they are under attack by a creature they have named Monster Zero, revealed as King Ghidorah.  In order to deal with the monster, the Exilians request to borrow Godzilla and Rodan and in return, they will supply earth with a mirac
